The Chief Executive Officer of SpaceX and Tesla, Elon Musk, founded Neuralink, a company that is developing a brain-machine interface that could one day restore a variety of brain-related issues, including restoring eyesight and limb functionality, solve memory loss, even cure depression via a brain chip implant. Musk initially aims to focus on the medical aspect of the neural interface, like solving mobility issues with paralyzed individuals. Ultimately, his team aims to achieve ‘symbiosis’ with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
We need one in Nigeria too.
Elon Musk has come to hint about his wish to set up Tesla’s second gigafactory in Asia. As he responded to queries on the Twitter handle, he indicated that the location of the second outlet won’t be necessarily inside China.

Tesla CEO and tech mogul Elon Musk just swept past Warren Buffett on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index to become the world’s seventh wealthiest person. According to Bloomberg, Musk’s fortune on Friday increased by more than $6 billion, this came after Tesla’s stock which had been performing better than ever before in the past few weeks surged at the rate of 10.8% to an all-time high record of $1,544 per share. Its Market Capitalization value is standing at $286.5 billion which makes it the highest valued automotive company in the world.

The brain-computer linkup firm, Neuralink, is set to reveal more about its progress toward its goals.
SHANGHAI/BEIJING — U.S. electric vehicle maker Tesla Inc is “very close” to achieving level 5 autonomous driving technology, Chief Executive Elon Musk said on Thursday, referring to the capability to navigate roads without any driver input.
Musk added that he was confident Tesla would attain basic functionality of the technology this year, in remarks made via a video message at the opening of Shanghai’s annual World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC).
The California-based automaker currently builds cars with an autopilot driver assistance system.
Elon Musk is hell bent on finding a way to dig tunnels cheaper and more quickly in order to avoid his least favourite thing: traffic.
